Salary: $40 to $45 per hour, plus company vehicle, fuel, super, and annual bonus

Position Overview:
As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in formwork, steel fixing, and concreting, with a strong understanding of drawings, temporary works designs, and civil construction.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
Oversee formwork, steel fixing, and concreting operations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Interpret and understand construction drawings, specifications, and temporary works designs.
Provide leadership to the on-site team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or safety concerns.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in formwork, steel fixing, and concreting.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and temporary works designs.
Experience in civil construction projects.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
